Koh Samui, Thailand weekly weather update; 24th July – 30th July, 2017; Walking street at Ban Bang Kao. The walking street is located at the local beach. You can buy lots of food on offer and borrow blankets to sit on the sand, relax, drink and eat. Very cosy and enjoyable. A bit far away but popular with the local Samui and Thai folk as well as Westerners and tourists.
The walking street event is held here every Saturday evening.

Last week was not that great. From Tuesday through to Friday we had rain each day, although not necessarily a lot, more like tropical showers. On the other hand, it does cool things down a bit, since once the sun is out, it gets hot and warm rather quickly!
Maximum temperatures ranged between 31C and 34C

For next week the strong week is to stay on, some days a bit stronger, other days a bit less strong. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday have currently tropical showers scheduled, other days may get slightly wet as well. According to the forecast there should be not too much sun but I do expect plenty of partially clouded skies, which means there should be sun at times as well.

Please do 'like' my Koh Samui blog Facebook page and enjoy the beaches around the island or in front of your hotel or resort and get some well deserved rest and a break. If you're done resting or need something else to do, there's plenty of things on offer on and around Koh Samui, you can go snorkeling or diving or take a dive course. You can also enjoy some of the trips I recommend, like a half day gourmet lunch and snorkeling trip at the Southern part of Koh Samui or a photography trip where you get to see the most photo genetic spots on the island or go for a drinks tasting tour if you like a tipple or two.
