It's cloudy but expecting a bit of rain may be stretching it a bit, although towards the end of April there were two days with rain on Samui. Current temp at 7am is 28C.
Sure enough it starts to rain just before 8am!! Nice and cool!
Yesterday saw once more a very hot day 'battering' Samui. There was some breeze in the afternoon though which was nice and max temp reached 32.4C
